Cold forging and hot forging are two common metalworking technologies, which have significant differences in temperature requirements, process flow and application areas. Cold forging is usually carried out at room temperature, the use of mechanical pressure to produce plastic deformation of the metal, without prior heating of the material, suitable for high strength, low toughness, hard-to-form materials, such as aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, etc. In contrast, hot forging requires the metal to be heated to a high temperature so that it becomes soft and easy to shape. Hot forging is suitable for processing those metals with higher hardness, such as steel, copper and so on. The choice of cold or hot forging mainly depends on manufacturing requirements and material characteristics. If the product needs high precision, small volume, and the material is easy to deform in cold conditions, then cold forging will be a more suitable option. On the contrary, if the product specifications are large, the shape is complex, or the material hardness is high, and the high temperature is required to shape it, then hot forging is the better choice.

The offset in CNC turning is the key parameter to ensure the machining accuracy and product quality. It can effectively control the machining error by precisely setting and adjusting the position difference between the tool and the workpiece. When programming and operating CNC lathes, the correct offset setting is crucial, which directly affects the size and shape accuracy of the product. Therefore, according to the specific processing requirements and production environment to choose the appropriate setting method, such as test cutting method or in-machine measurement, to achieve efficient and accurate turning processing. Operators need to know how to accurately measure and input the offset, and how to use the function of the CNC system to automatically adjust to ensure that each product meets quality standards. In short, accurate offset setting is the basic element of improving processing efficiency and product quality, and it is an important link that can not be ignored in CNC turning.

We can make as per either ASME Y14.5 or ISO2768 standards,our tolerances for CNC machining services can be as tight as +/- 0.01mm,Sheet metal fabrication with tolerances down to +/- 0.1mm.

Our samples can be done within 1 day as soon as we have raw material in stock and there is no surface treatment for the part,3-5 days is our normal time for the samples,regarding the mass production time,it depends on the order quantity,normally 7-15 days.
